Your ingredients, recipes, and waste log now sync to your account automatically on Invoices & Ingredients, Recipes, and Waste. No need to re-type a name, and it follows you to any device you log in on.
Account settings
You’ll need to confirm this new email from both the old account and the new one before the change will take place.
Change password
You’ll need your current password to set a new one, so nobody who finds your account already signed in can lock you out of it.

Length matters more than symbols. A few ordinary words strung together beats a short password with punctuation in it.
Your restaurants
You’re on more than one team. Pick the restaurant you want to work in. Everything on the site, your ingredients, recipes, invoices and reports, follows this choice.
This location
What you call this restaurant. It is what you will see in the switcher and at the top of every page.
We use your restaurant’s timezone to reset monthly scanner usage on the correct date.
Confirm this location’s timezone so invoice scanning can start counting on the right dates.

Each location keeps its own ingredients, recipes, invoices, inventory and reports. Nothing is copied from a restaurant you already run.

This sends us a request. Your subscription keeps running and nothing is switched off while we sort it out with you.
Recent versions
Every time somebody on your team changes one of these lists, the version they replaced is kept. If something gets emptied or overwritten by mistake, you can put an earlier version back yourself. Restoring keeps the current version too, so it can be undone.
Your team
Add a manager or staff member to your account. They create their own login, then see only the tools you pick here, working from the same ingredient costs, recipes, and inventory you do.

This creates a code you hand to them. They enter it after making their own free account.
This is the restaurant they will join. Their access applies to this location only.
